Cursa de Nadal – Trail Colldejou

The Cursa de Nadal is the Christmas date in the Costa Daurada trail calendar. Formerly known as Trail Colldejou, it takes place on Sunday 20 December 2026, starting and finishing in Colldejou, a Baix Camp village at the foot of the Mola de Colldejou. From this lookout you can see the Costa Daurada and Montsant.

A scrub-and-rock route

The 21K trail (21.5 km, 1,385 m D+) passes the Coll de Colivassos twice and climbs to Llaberia, with aid stations at km 4.1, 10.7 and 13.4 and a water point at km 18.8. It counts for TrailSeries, gives 1 ITRA point and is a UTMB Qualifier 20K. The 12K trail and trek (12.2 km, 855 m D+) can be run or walked, and the 5K Start Trail (5.6 km, 232 m D+) is designed for families and beginners.

Hill climb and Christmas spirit

A special prize for the Mola de Llaberia (La Miranda) hill-climb goes to the first man and woman to reach the summit: 3.23 km, +496 m, from 470 m to 919 m altitude. The atmosphere is festive and family-friendly, with Santa hats and an event shirt.

Colldejou and the Costa Daurada beyond the race

Use the weekend to visit Mont-roig del Camp, Cambrils or the Priorat. If you are combining trips with other races, see the races in Catalonia and plan your season with the planner.
