Trail Dos Aguas: the climb to Pico del Ave
Trail Dos Aguas takes runners from the village of Dos Aguas, in inland Valencia, up to the Pico del Ave, with views over the valley. It is held on 13 December 2026 and organised by Amida Sports within the Sendas de Gigantes circuit, alongside the races in Jalance, Cortes de Pallás, Millares and Chera.

A 21-kilometre route with 1,250 metres of climbing
Two distances to choose from:
- Trail 11K — 650 m of positive elevation; a short but steep format, suited to those new to mountain running.

December in the Valencian mountains
The start is at 08:30, with bib collection from 07:15. December mornings are cool and the summit wind chills quickly, so carry a light layer, a buff and thin gloves, along with your usual hydration.
