Andalusia offers spectacular trail running terrain, from the peaks of Sierra Nevada to the trails of Serranía de Ronda and the coast.

Climate in Andalusia: Andalusian summers are extreme inland, with temperatures exceeding 40 °C in low valleys. However, Sierra Nevada allows summer running above 2,000 meters with pleasant temperatures. Autumn and spring are the golden season: mild temperatures, long days and spectacular landscapes. Winter is viable on the coast and lower ranges, but snow covers Sierra Nevada from December to April.
