Cross de los 3 Refugios is one of Madrid's most legendary mountain races. Organized by RSEA Peñalara since 1991, its 24 km with 1,700 m elevation gain traverse the Sierra de Guadarrama from Manzanares el Real to Puerto de Navacerrada, passing through La Pedriza, La Maliciosa and Bola del Mundo. Qualifying race for the Copa de Hierro and the Madrid Mountain Running Championship.
