Betagarri Trail: the essence of Sierra de Lokiz
Betagarri Trail is a mountain race in the Sierra de Lokiz (Navarra, Spain), starting and finishing at the municipal fronton in Ancín (Antzin). Organized by Club Deportivo Ancín Freeland, its 6th edition has established it as one of the must-do events on the Navarrese trail calendar and the final race of the Nafarroako Kopa.
The event offers three distances for all levels: the Trail 24K (1,050 m elevation gain), Ikatz 15K (660 m), and Txiki 8.5K (280 m). Over 85% of the course runs on natural trails, making this a genuine mountain experience.
The courses: Sierra de Lokiz

- Oak forests, meadows, canyons, and ridges
- Panoramic views over Tierra Estella
- Varied terrain: technical on the 24K, progressive on shorter distances
Ancín: gateway to Sierra de Lokiz
