Pujada al Castell d’Alaró

The Pujada al Castell d’Alaró holds its 25th edition on 11 October 2026. A classic of Mallorca mountain running and a round of the Balearic Mountain Race Cup, it starts and finishes at Plaça de la Vila in Alaró.

A 14 km route up to the Refugi del Castell

The Clàssica covers 14 km with 744 m D+ and reaches 806 m at the Refugi del Castell, with aid stations at km 4.5 and km 8. The time limit is 3 hours. The Cadet route (9 km, 450 m D+, out and back) is reserved for runners born in 2010 and 2011.

Licensed runners only, limited places

There are 300 spots, exclusively for FBME or FEDME licence holders and with no waiting list. Pre-registration on Elitechip closes on 8 October at 20:00, and the entry includes a timing chip and a race keepsake.

Alaró and Mallorca beyond the race
