Analisi: dove si differenziano davvero
Two mid-range watches with an AMOLED touchscreen and multi-band GPS, but they solve different problems. The Garmin Forerunner 265 is a pure running watch: light (47 g), with Garmin's full metrics package, onboard music and very reliable multi-band GPS, but no onboard maps and only 20 h of GPS. The Suunto Race 2 is more of an adventure watch: it has free offline topo maps with routing, climbs to 55 h of GPS and adds a rotating crown, in exchange for considerably more weight (65 g) and a less deep analysis ecosystem. For training on road and waymarked trail following a plan, the FR265 is more comfortable and more accurate on metrics. For long mountain routes where you need the map and the battery, the Race 2 is the choice.

- You want a light watch (47 g) with Garmin's training analysis and onboard music
- You don't need onboard maps and 20 h of GPS is enough
Scegli il Suunto Race 2 se…
