Choosing the right shoes for Bee Backyard Trail Los Berrocales makes a difference. This is our recommendation based on the race's terrain and its historical weather.
Our recommendation
Nike
Nike Ultrafly
Nike's most versatile trail shoe, suited to almost any terrain. ZoomX foam (the same as the road Vaporfly) for exceptional energy return and a Vibram Megagrip outsole providing the traction missing in earlier models. Good cushioning for medium and long distances. Weight: 305 g. Drop: 8 mm.
Why this recommendation
Bee Backyard Trail Los Berrocales combines several terrain types with no dominant extreme. A versatile shoe, balanced between grip and cushioning, is the safest bet.
