Galatzó Trail 2027
Which shoes for Galatzó Trail
Choosing the right shoes for Galatzó Trail makes a difference. This is our recommendation based on the race's terrain and its historical weather.
Our recommendation
Nike
Nike Ultrafly
Nike's most versatile trail shoe, suited to almost any terrain. ZoomX foam (the same as the road Vaporfly) for exceptional energy return and a Vibram Megagrip outsole providing the traction missing in earlier models. Good cushioning for medium and long distances. Weight: 305 g. Drop: 8 mm.
Why this recommendation
Galatzó Trail combines several terrain types with no dominant extreme. A versatile shoe, balanced between grip and cushioning, is the safest bet.

The perfect middle ground between responsiveness and protection.

Salomon's do-it-all trail shoe: a balance of cushioning and grip for any terrain. All Terrain Contagrip outsole and Quicklace system, ideal for training and racing on mixed trail.
