Climate in Melilla: Melilla's climate is Mediterranean with African influence: mild winters, hot dry summers. From June to September the heat can be stifling, with temperatures approaching 40°C and sea humidity making it even tougher. The best windows for running are early spring and late autumn, when temperatures drop to manageable levels and occasional storms refresh the air. Winter is surprisingly pleasant: clear skies, 15-20°C, intense Mediterranean light. Always hydrate more than usual.
